I’m a therapist who understands what it feels like to keep everything together on the outside while struggling on the inside. Before becoming a clinician, I spent years serving in criminal justice and public service, witnessing firsthand how many people were suffering silently, disconnected, and overwhelmed long before they ever reached out for help.

That experience changed me.
It showed me how much earlier support could change lives.

Today, I work with adults and young men facing stress, depression, self-doubt, emotional instability, and the heavy pressure of life transitions. My goal is clear: help people regain control before life becomes unmanageable.

If you’re tired of feeling stuck, tired, or disconnected — you don’t have to wait until everything falls apart. Therapy can help.
