Hi, I’m Peter, a therapist passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through anxiety, depression, work-related stress, trauma, intimacy issues, and major life transitions.

I believe therapy is a partnership built on trust and honesty. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported, a space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.

With a Master’s in Social Work from Louisiana State University, I blend clinical insight with real-world understanding. My approach is holistic and adaptive, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Multicultural Counseling — always tailored to your unique needs and goals.

My Approach

My work centers on empathy, connection, and practical growth.
You can expect a balance of reflection and action in our sessions, not just talking about challenges, but learning how to move through them.

✅ I listen deeply and meet you where you are.
✅ I help you find strengths you may not see in yourself.
✅ I offer real tools for communication, self-regulation, and decision-making.
✅ I encourage curiosity, not judgment.

Therapy with me is collaborative. We’ll explore what’s getting in your way and work toward a version of your life that feels more grounded, intentional, and free.
