Hi, I’m Peter, a therapist passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through anxiety, depression, work-related stress, trauma, intimacy issues, and major life transitions.
I believe therapy is a partnership built on trust and honesty. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported, a space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.
With a Master’s in Social Work from Louisiana State University, I blend clinical insight with real-world understanding. My approach is holistic and adaptive, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Multicultural Counseling — always tailored to your unique needs and goals.
