When couples come to me, they’re usually not “broken”, they’re overwhelmed, disconnected, or carrying things they never learned how to talk about.
I specialize in couples and relational work because most relationship struggles aren’t about the moment you’re arguing over… they’re about what’s underneath it. The stress, the fear, the disappointment, the pressure, the unspoken needs, and the patterns you picked up long before this relationship even began. I help couples heal the space between them.
That space is where misunderstandings build and where old wounds show up. Where silence becomes distance and hurt turns into protection instead of vulnerability. But it’s also where connection can be repaired, trust can be rebuilt, and new ways of communicating can come to life.

Couples sessions are intended for partners to attend together, as the focus is on the relationship itself. We’ll talk through any questions you have before getting started. In some situations, individual therapy may be the most supportive first step before beginning couples work, and we can discuss that together.

Every two weeks is typical. Some couples prefer to start more frequently for momentum, then move to bi-weekly once a rhythm is established.
