✅ Accepting new clients — Anthem (BCBS), Aetna, and Self-pay Accepted
I’m a therapist who believes that healing happens when people feel understood, not judged. With a calm, collaborative approach, I help clients who are overwhelmed, anxious, grieving, or simply exhausted from trying to hold everything together alone.
Before becoming a clinician, I worked in community engagement and stabilization, offering direct support to individuals and families in crisis. I also served as a Therapeutic Day Treatment counselor in Norfolk Public Schools and have a long history mentoring adolescents and coaching young men through major life challenges.
I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Norfolk State University.
If you’re stressed, overwhelmed, or navigating a painful transition, you don’t have to push through it alone. Therapy can help.
